Draw a guitar chord: the CHORDGUESSER tells you the chord's Full Name with all the extensions and alterations and plays it for you!

WATCH VIDEO: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5TU1hbuYPlY

UPDATE:NO BUGS: a customer review (on US AppStore) says that the program has bugs. It's not true, the customer did not read the instructions: a C chord with an E on bass is an Em(#5). To have a C chord he should have muted the E string or he should have set the C marker as a ROOT marker (blue)...

You can draw any kind of chord, the CHORDGUESSER recognizes even the most complicated ones.

If you are a guitarist you have sure experienced an "Amazing Random Chord"... maybe laying on the sofà, with a good beer, jamming chords.. but, Hey! That chord sounds really good... What the hell of chord is it? Well with the CHORD GUESSER you don't have anymore to spend time trying to realize what is the name of the chords you play.. The CHORD GUESSER does it for you... Or take a challenge creating the most incredible and impossible chord... no problems... The Chord Guesser names it and even PLAYS IT so that you can immediatly listen to the Monsters you created!

It is also a very useful tool to learn harmony, chords, extensions... to understand how a 6/9 sounds or what a b13 means...

A MUST for any guitar player...

Great idea, but has some bugs

Thank you for this app. It will be very helpful for my musical explorations.

However, there appear to be some bugs. When I tap the notes for a major C, the app plays a C, but shows the chord as a Em #5. A minor shows as Esus4 #5. These are basic, easy chords, but I have no way of knowing - other than by ear - if more obscure chords are also off.
